1. Who we are
This website (crescent-crown-guides.lovable.app and any associated domains) and the "Smiles and Miles" brand are operated by Smiles & Miles Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13711626, with its registered office at 276 Chase Road, Suite 7-0523 Lonsto House, London, England, N14 6HA ("we", "us", "our"). References to "Smiles and Miles" in these Terms refer to Smiles & Miles Ltd.
2. What we sell
We sell (a) digital consumer research guides delivered as downloadable PDFs and related digital templates ("Guides") and (b) remote consultancy and travel-planning services for individuals and clinics ("Services"). We are not a healthcare provider. Nothing we publish or deliver constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation of any specific treatment, clinician, or facility. Always consult a qualified UK medical professional before and after any procedure.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and supported digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) via Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation or product download link by email. Your card statement will show a descriptor including "SMILES & MILES" or "SMILESANDMILES". If a price is displayed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Delivery of digital products
Guides are delivered electronically by email link immediately after successful payment. If you have not received your download within one hour, contact info@smilesandmiles.co.uk and we will resend the link.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these Terms and is available at /refunds.
6. Intellectual property
All Guides, templates and site content are owned by Smiles & Miles Ltd or its licensors and are supplied for the personal, non-commercial use of the individual purchaser (or, for B2B templates, the single clinic that purchased them). You may not resell, republish, or redistribute any part of a Guide.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or our Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or terminate access if you do.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Guides or Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of any clinic, hospital, surgeon or other healthcare provider.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
