Refunds & Cancellations

Delivery of digital goods
Guides are delivered electronically as PDF downloads immediately after successful payment, via a secure link shown on the thank-you page and emailed to the address you used at checkout. There are no shipping charges and no physical items are sent. Access is typically available within seconds; if you have not received a working link within one hour, contact info@smilesandmiles.co.uk and we will resend it.
Digital guides (PDFs & templates)
Our guides are digital content delivered by immediate download link. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content — unless you have started the download, in which case you expressly waive that right at checkout by ticking the download-consent box.
If the file is faulty, wrongly described, or you never received a working download link, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will (at our option) resend the file, replace it, or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Consultations
Paid consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the booked start time. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable but may be rebooked once at our discretion.
B2B services for clinics
Consultancy engagements with clinics are governed by the individual statement of work (SoW) signed for that engagement, which sets out milestones, kill-fees and refundable deposits. Nothing on this page overrides an executed SoW.
Chargebacks
Please contact us at info@smilesandmiles.co.uk before raising a chargeback. We aim to resolve any billing issue within two working days.
How to request a refund
Email info@smilesandmiles.co.uk from the address you used at checkout with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
